Of 83 delivered orders, one has had a partial refund and none has been refunded in full. Every full refund we have issued was on an order that was cancelled before it shipped.
How we collect these reviews
Only people who bought
The invitation goes by email to the address on the order, five days after the carrier confirms delivery. Nobody can leave a review without a delivered KRUX Culture order tied to that email.
We invite everyone, the same way
The same email goes to every eligible customer, in the same order, regardless of what we expect them to write. There is no separate queue for happy customers.
We publish everything
No review is held back, delayed or hidden because of its rating. The rating filter opens on All and the default sort is by date, never by score.
We don't edit your words
What you read is what was submitted. We correct nothing and cut nothing.
When we remove a review
Only in four cases, each logged with a date and a reason: illegal content, hate speech, someone else's personal data, or a request from the author. Never because of the rating.
Incentives
If a review was written in exchange for a discount, the review says so, right there on the card. The coupon is issued when the review is submitted — it does not depend on the rating.
Your name
We show your first name, last initial and country, and only if you tick the box. Never your full name, city, email or order number.
